I have written about pop up stores in the past, but I was not familiar with pop-up restaurants. (I’m learning something new every day in this new “foodie” world!) That changed when I was recently invited to an event with George Duran and Phil Lempert at an upcoming underground restaurant in NYC. This Italian restaurant, Sotto Terra, will only be open in the West Village from August 23 – 27, 2011. The best part is that I get to give away a reservation to one of you (and a guest) for an August 23rd four-course meal in the evening at Sotto Terra also.
