Resources

I was invited to experience Flywheel, an indoor cycling studio with cycling instructor and founder Ruth Zukerman. I wasn’t able to make today’s event, but I hope to take a class soon. I did some preliminary research and it provides a workout that I think many of you (especially the spinning enthusiasts!) might enjoy too. Highlights include the following:

-Each bike has a mini-computer that displays and monitors your performance across various metrics (i.e. rpm/cadence, resistance and energy) while you ride.

-All of the bikes are configured stadium style so that everyone can see the instructor during the workout.

-Other highlights include free water, spin shoes, wi-fi, towels and lockers. They also offer specialty classes (Bikini Boot Camp, Post-Natal Classes, Specialty Music Series, etc.)
