Our April “Green Living Ideas/Earth Day” focus is over, but it’s always the right time to encourage eco-friendly principles in our kids. That’s why I’m happy to introduce the new environmentally-friendly plush animals, Tales 4 Tomorrow. These soft, adorable toys are referred to as “an environmentally friendly Webkinz”, because each endangered species plush comes with a code that you can upload to www.tales4tomorrow.com. There, kids can play games, watch videos, interact with virtual animal habitats and much more.

On the environmental side, the plush animals were created along with Conservation International in an environmentally conscious manner. The outer covers are made from soy and cotton while the product tags are made from recycled paper. Each plush sells for around $19.99.
One lucky Mom in the City reader will win her choice of 2 (out of 3) of the plush animals: “Tungar” the Tiger, “Maanika” the Rhino and/or “Cheche” the Turtle. “Fun packs” that contain games, puzzles, facts sticker and tattoos will also be included in the prize package
To enter, please tell me your kid’s favorite endangered animal on the Tales for Tomorrow site in the “Comments” section below by May 31st.
