There are a lot of different toy showcases in New York City every year. I must say that Time to Play is consistently one of my favorites. (Granted, if you are really into “green” and/or unique homemade toys, this isn’t the toy fair you you. In that case, I recommend the Cool Mom Picks website and viewing Dr. Toy’s Best Green Toy picks.)
I quickly dropped by this year’s showcase for a little while before attending a lunch afterwards. I’m so glad that I did. Time to Play announced their “Most Wanted List”. They are the following:

When I left, part of me wondered “Is it really time to start thinking about holiday toys already?” Then I realized that this year has flown by. October starts at the end of this week…whew!
