Reward Yourself at Capital One’s Holiday Twitter Party

I bank with Capital One and I am enrolled in their Capital One Rewards program, so it was a no-brainer for me to agree to be a part of their holiday Twitter party when my friend Vera asked me to do so. (Reggie and I actually used to bank with North Fork Bank, which was purchased by Capital One back in 2006. We were pleased with the service after the acquisition and have remained customers since then.)

Capital One has amazing customer service (in their Forest Hills branch). It seems as if the tellers care about my family…not just my funds. Those women have literally watched Sean grow up – from stroller to school. They always ask about the boys whenever I come into the bank without them. I appreciate that so much. I also value their Capital One Rewards program. I get points whenever I shop for friends, family and myself. This holiday season as I have been shopping, I have been earning a little extra for myself on the side through the Rewards program. I call that a win-win!

You can win too. Of course, one way to do so is to sign up for a Capital One Rewards account. You can use your earned rewards to buy holiday presents – perhaps a gift for yourself? Or (if you are like me) you can cash out your reward points. Perhaps I’ll use some of that cash to tip the MANY service people in my building!

Another fun way to WIN is to join me and several of my favorite online friends for Capital One’s holiday Twitter party, which is being hosted by Getting Gorgeous. Below are the details:

When: December 12th at 8pm EST

Hosts: @AudreyMcClellan and @VeraSweeney

Panelists: @GlamaMom, @MelissaAngert @MyGOMOM and @mominthecity (me!)

Brand: @CapitalOne

The great thing is that you don’t need to RSVP. All that you need to do is use the hashtag: #SeasonofRewards during the Twitter party for the chance to win five (5) $100 gift cards.

In any event, I hope to “see you” at the party!
